The Buyer must contact the Seller within 5 days of the End of the Sale and Payment must be made within 7 days unless agreed beforehand with the seller.

All Payment must be made and Cleared before items are dispatched.

Pay pal transactions can only be sent to the address registered with pay pal.

All refund requests must be within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Refunds/Exchanges are only given when agreed to by an email and Items must be in the condition they were received.

All return shipping charges are at your cost unless product is faulty although they may be refunded solely at our discretion.
Returns Policy
We are sure that you will be delighted with all products supplied by All Top Notch. However, in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with any item you purchase from us, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund or a replacement product if you prefer.
If a product is faulty in any way, then you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund.
We cannot however accept returns if:
The products have been personalised or customised in any way. The packaging has been unsealed or damaged. To request a refund or a replacement, please contact us on orders@alltopnotch.co.uk to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number, and Returns address, once you have this number, please return the item unused in its original packaging together with the RA number and contact details within 7 days of receiving the RA number.
It is only when we receive the item in its original state, along with the RMA number that All Top Notch will refund the purchase price for the item. Please note if items are returned to us without a RMA number, they will be returned back to you. If the product is not in a resalable condition then we will not be able to offer you a refund.
